Returns & Exchanges
Articulat3d Designs Return & Exchange Policy
We are confident that you will love your 3D creation, however if you are not completely satisfied we do offer a flexible return and exchange policy:
Returns/Refunds:
- We have a 14 day return policy, this means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return
- All items must be returned in its original condition, packaging, unused and undamaged.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
- To request a return, please email enquiries@articulat3ddesigns.co.uk
- Return shipping costs are at the customers expense.
- We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund was approved or not.
- If your refund is approved you will be automatically refunded back to your original payment method within 15 business days.
Exchanges:
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any "mystery" or "random colour" orders. Part of this selection means that we will randomly select a product/colour for you.
- If you wish to exchange your order for a different item, please contact us via email on enquiries@articulat3ddesigns.co.uk to discuss this process with us.
- If you wish to exchange an item, we require the original order to be returned to us at the customer expense in its original packaging, unused and undamaged. Should the item not be returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for the loss in value.
- Additional shipping costs may apply.
We always quality check each item before it is shipped however, should you have any questions or concerns about your order please contact us directly in the first place.
